One honest note before the numbers. Two of the three steps below are counted. We can see someone start a quote and we can see them reach your request form. We cannot yet see them press send, because your form submits without loading a new page. We turned that counter on August 4. Until it has a full month behind it, the real numbers are better than what this page can show.

Up months and down months both shown. That is the deal.July: 458 reached the form vs 498 in June
458 people reached your quote request form in July and 2,007 landed on your site from a free Google search, your best search month on record. Both counted by Google, not estimated by us.
Everything below is a receipt, not a promise.
Quote Demand
LIVE
The number that actually matters.
For a rental company the phone is only half the story. The other half is the quote someone builds on your website at eleven at night.
Every step below is a real page on your site. When someone adds tables, chairs, or a tent to a cart, Google records it. When they carry that cart to the request form, it records that too. Nobody had ever read those numbers until this month.
Two things to watch in the bars. First, the red part is people who found you through a free Google search. That is the work you pay us for. The grey part is Google Ads, which you buy somewhere else and we do not run. We keep them apart so this report never takes credit for traffic it did not earn.
Second, the last step is dashed and empty on purpose. That is the send itself, and nothing has ever counted it. It starts counting this month.
The receipt Every step from landing on your site to reaching your request form, counted by Google Analytics.

Here is the part we are accountable for, end to end. In June, 1,973 people found you through a free Google search, 268 of them started building a quote, and 206 carried it to the request form. In July, 2,062 found you the same way, 286 started, and 184 reached the form. More people came in and more people started. A smaller share finished. That middle step is the first thing we are working on in August.

What this means for your quotes
6,631 people have carried a quote all the way to your request form in fourteen months. The step after that starts counting this month.
This is the closest thing to a booking that anyone can count today.
The Ledger
DONE
Every month, on the record.
Every month, something got built and your website produced something. This table puts both side by side.
Fourteen months. 9,523 people started building a quote and 6,631 carried it to your request form. That is 7 out of every 10, and it has held steady through every season.
One honest note on this table. Our itemized work records get thin the further back you go. Where we can name a dated piece of work, we named it. Where we cannot, we left the standing work described plainly instead of inventing a list. The numbers in every row are counted by Google either way.
The receipt One row per month: what we built, and what your website and phone produced.

July was a quieter month on the profile than June. Calls came down and so did direction requests. Profile views went up. We show the down months the same way we show the up ones.

Every call, and where it came from.
Until July, nobody could tell you where a single phone call came from.
Your tracking number went live on July 7. Since then every call that reaches you gets tagged with how that person found you. This is the first time that has ever been possible on your account, and the first month of it is below.
The headline: 41 of your tracked calls came from a free Google search. That is more than Google Ads brought you, and it is the work this report is accountable for.
Look at the length too. Forty seven of these calls ran longer than two minutes. Those are not wrong numbers or people asking for directions. Those are conversations about events.

One honest note on this section. Your tracking number went live on July 7, so July covers 25 days of the month, not all 31. That means this is a starting line and not a trend. You will see two different call numbers on this page and both are right. Your Google profile counts 50 calls in July: those are people who tapped the call button on Google itself. CallRail counts 79: every call that reached your tracking number, from Google, from ads, from someone who had your number saved. Different questions, different answers, both counted.

41 of your tracked calls came from a free Google search. That is the single biggest source, ahead of ads.

Search
LIVE
The searches that find you.
This is the number that answers your question.
In July 2025 your site got 1,040 clicks from Google. In July 2026 it got 2,007. That is 93% more people landing on your site from a free search, same month, one year apart, and it is the best month on record.
The bigger story is where you sit in the results. A year ago your average spot was 40. Now it is around 12. Page one is where the clicks are. You spent 2025 climbing toward it and 2026 collecting from it.
Two things to know about this section. Google only keeps 16 months of search history, so we cannot show you anything before April 2025. And these are clicks, not quotes. A click is someone landing on your site. What they did next is the Quote Demand section above.

Branded vs Non Branded
LIVE
Beyond your name, new demand.
When someone types your name into Google, they already know you. When someone types what they need instead and finds you anyway, that is new demand. You asked to see the split, so here it is.
Start with what they are actually searching, because it is the most useful thing on this page. The searches bringing you new visitors are venue names. Regina Ranch. Collins Ranch. Montecito Orchard. Klentner Ranch. Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm.
Think about what that means. These are couples who have already picked where they are getting married and now need it furnished. They are not shopping for a rental company. They are looking for their venue and finding you next to it. That is the best kind of visitor you can get, and the venue pages are what put you there.
Here is the number worth remembering. In April of last year, 23 out of every 100 searches Google could name were people who did not know you. In July it was 45 out of 100. New demand has nearly doubled as a share of your search traffic in fifteen months.
Now the honest part about the percentages. In July Google gave your site 2,007 clicks but only told us the exact words behind 750 of them. It hides the rest for privacy, and the hidden ones are almost all people searching a service rather than a name. So the counted split below reads more branded than the truth. Count the hidden ones back in and new demand is the bigger half.
One more note. We counted "ventura rentals" as searching your name, because it is your name. It is also just a plain description of what somebody in Ventura wants. Counting it as branded makes our own number look worse, which is the right way to be wrong.
The receipt Two reads of the same question: what Google can name, and what it hides.

Google hides the exact words on some searches for privacy, so your real reach beyond your name is likely bigger than the counted clicks below show.

Your keywords, on the clock.
These are the search terms we track in Google results. The map terms live in their own section below.
Eighteen of them now sit in the top three, up from seven at your last report. Twenty six sit in the top ten.
Now the honest part. The tracked list has 180 terms in it and 142 of them are not ranking at all. Most of those are national phrases like chair rental and party tent rentals. A single shop in Ventura does not rank for those and probably never should. That list needs a rework so it tracks the terms you actually want to win. It is on the list for this quarter.

AI Visibility
WAITING
Where AI recommends you.
People now ask ChatGPT and Gemini for a rental company the same way they used to ask a friend.
We have tracked your business across five AI platforms since September 2025. In that time we counted 48,661 mentions. When AI does describe you, it describes you well. Your sentiment score is 80.4 out of 100.
Here is where you stand and where the gap is. Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Mode each name you in about one out of every five answers we track. ChatGPT names you in none of them yet.
That gap is not a ranking problem. Those systems quote pages that state plainly what you rent, where you deliver, and what it costs. That is the work that closes it, and it is in this quarter's plan.

Google AI Mode is the AI layer inside Google search itself. A sentiment score of 84 means AI describes your business positively far more often than not.

Technical Work
DONE
The foundation under all of it.
Your site has 1,704 pages. We found 25,108 things that made Google trust it less, and we have fixed 16,325 of them so far. That work runs every week on its own.
The technical side now scores 86 out of 100. Content scores 36 and authority scores 26. Those two are lower on purpose. Foundation first, then volume, then reputation. That is the order that holds up.
Authority is the one to watch. It is the score that decides whether you can win Santa Barbara, where the venues are bigger and the orders are larger.

Q1 · Days 1-90DONE
Build the trust layer Google and AI need
Before anything can climb, Google and AI have to find, read, and trust the business. This bracket builds that base: the website fixed page by page, the Google profile rebuilt, your details matched across the big data networks, reviews answered, and tracking turned on so every result after this is measurable.
Quarter 2, Pillar Pages, status done.
Q2 · Days 91-180DONE
Build the pages that win money searches
The site now has trust. This bracket gives it more places to win: dedicated service pages, proof and experience pages, and location pages, one for each thing people actually search for. These are permanent pages built to rank, not blog posts.
Quarter 3, Own the Map and the Neighborhood, status done.
Q3 · Days 181-270DONE
Win the map, block by block
With trust and pages in place, this bracket pushes the map: showing up in the map results across every part of town you serve, for every service line, with review momentum that keeps the profile hot and competitors boxed out.
Quarter 4, Convert and Compound, status done.
Q4 · Days 271-360DONE
Turn visibility into booked work, everywhere AI looks
The year's assets are live. This bracket makes them pay: proof content and case studies that close the people who found you, conversion polish on the pages they land on, and locking in the AI layer so ChatGPT, Gemini, and the rest name the business by default. Then we map year two.

Year one is complete. The year-two roadmap is set at your next check-in.
Next quarter, together
We walk this roadmap on your quarterly strategy call.
That call is already part of your plan. We review the bracket that closed, walk the one opening, and adjust the roadmap together. Nothing on this page is a pitch. It is the plan we are already running.
What this means for your quotes
You are 21 months in. This is the bracket you are standing in and what it is building toward.
The roadmap is why the numbers on this page look the way they do.
What's Next
DONE
Three doors, all honest.
Everything below came from a number on this page. Nothing here is a pitch and nothing here needs a decision from you.
This is what we are working on in August, and what we are working on for the rest of the quarter. You own everything we build either way.
The receipt Committed work for August and the quarter, every line traced to a number on this page.
Augustin flight
Fix the step where quotes are dropping
In June, 77 out of every 100 people who started a quote carried it to the request form. In July that fell to 64. More people are starting, fewer are finishing. We are walking the cart and checkout pages ourselves, on a phone, to find where people are falling out, then fixing it.
Why: Quote Demand shows organic starts up from 268 to 286 while the finish rate dropped 77% to 64%.
Finish counting the send
Your quote form submits without loading a new page, so nothing has ever counted the moment someone presses send. We turned the counters on August 4. The last piece is a small change on your website, about half an hour for whoever holds your WordPress login.
Why: The dashed fourth step in the funnel is the one number this report still cannot show you.
Keep the call tracking clean
Your tracking number went live July 7. August is the first full month, which makes September the first report that can compare a real month against a real month.
Why: Tracked Calls covers 25 days, so it is a starting line and not yet a trend.
This quartercommitted
Push the venue pages north into Santa Barbara
The venue pages are the thing working hardest for you. Regina Ranch, Klentner Ranch, Dos Pueblos, Collins Ranch: people search the venue, not the gear, and land on you. Santa Barbara terms are sitting at spots 11 and 12, right on the edge of page one. Same play, pointed north.
Why: Branded vs Non Branded shows venue names are your top non-branded searches.
Open the AI answer layer
Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Mode each name you in about one in five of the answers we track. ChatGPT names you in none. That is not a ranking problem, it is a source problem, and the fix is service and pricing pages those systems can read and quote.
Why: AI Visibility shows ChatGPT at zero while every other platform sits at 20%.
Rework the tracked keyword list
The list has 180 terms in it and most are national phrases like chair rental. A single shop in Ventura does not rank for those and probably should not try. We are rebuilding the list around the venue and service terms you can actually win.
Why: Keywords shows 142 of 180 tracked terms are not ranking at all.
You own everything we build, and you always have. Nothing above needs a decision from you. It is what we are doing.
What this means for your quotes

The data behind every number.
Every number here traces to a source we pulled on a date we logged. All of it was read on August 4, 2026.
Where a source could not give us history, we left it out instead of showing a zero. Google Search Console stops at 16 months. Your call tracking starts on July 7 because that is the day it went live. Nothing on this page is filled in with a guess.
